DevFlow integrations
DevFlow connects to 9 outside tools: 1 error tracker, 2 chat bridges, 1 source-control host, 1 design tool and 4 model providers. Each page lists the setup steps the code requires, what the integration does and where it stops.
Issue triage
- Sentry
DevFlow polls one Sentry project for unresolved issues, records each new issue as an attention item and has an agent rate its severity. Critical and high items get a deeper read-only analysis against your code.
Chat bridges
- Mattermost
DevFlow connects to your Mattermost server as a bot and listens in allowlisted channels. A teammate mentions the bot, gets a read-only answer about the repository and can turn the thread into a task whose plan is approved by reply.
- Slack
DevFlow's Slack bridge lets a teammate mention a bot in an allowlisted channel, ask about the repository and turn the thread into a task. Plan approval, answers to the planner and mark-done all happen as thread replies.
Source control
- GitHub
DevFlow connects each workspace to GitHub with one OAuth token and uses it to clone repositories, push task branches and open pull requests. It then follows each pull request until it is merged or closed.
Design context
- Figma
With a Figma personal access token stored for the workspace, DevFlow starts a design-context MCP server inside each OpenCode run. Planning and implementer agents can then read layout, design tokens and screenshots from the frame URLs a task description mentions.
Model providers
- Anthropic
An Anthropic key lets DevFlow's OpenCode agents call Claude models on your own account instead of through OpenRouter. Every run whose model ID starts with
anthropic/uses it. - Google Gemini
A Google AI key lets DevFlow's OpenCode agents call Gemini models on your own account. The workspace stores it once, and every run with a
google/model ID uses it. - OpenAI
An OpenAI key lets DevFlow's OpenCode agents run GPT and o-series models on your own account. Every run whose model ID starts with
openai/uses it, and the three tiers decide which roles those are. - OpenRouter
OpenRouter is the default provider behind DevFlow agents, and a single key reaches its whole catalog. Each workspace stores its own key, and DevFlow never substitutes one taken from the server.
FAQ
Which DevFlow integrations need a paid plan?
In DevFlow, Sentry needs the Team plan or above. Anthropic, Figma, GitHub, Google Gemini, Mattermost, OpenAI, OpenRouter and Slack work on every plan, including Free.
Who can set up DevFlow integrations?
Workspace owners connect GitHub, Slack and Mattermost and manage the Figma and model provider keys, while any member of a Team workspace can add a Sentry integration. GitHub and Slack also need OAuth app credentials that the server operator sets.
Where does DevFlow keep integration credentials?
Model provider keys and the Figma token are stored per workspace and managed under Workspace Settings → Billing → Model access. Those keys, the GitHub token and the Slack and Mattermost bot credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
